Hello. During my research I found IP address changer ?UltraSurf15.4). After installation I come to know that it has changed IP. Is there any person who has experience or more knowledge about this tool.

Never heard about UltraSurf15.4. But i use Proxifier and it works great.

This one is good, I have used in the past. It can even bypass proxies. If you have got DSL connection then you can restart modem and get different ip.

That's just a hassle having to restart every time you want a new IP, there's ways you can do it without the hassle of restarting your modem.

Did you run it or not?
If you executed it than, it changed your IP into a unique one.

Use Hide My Ass, its cheap, and saves a whole lot of hassle.

Ultrasurf is good to atleast shield privacy but IPs are mostly blacklisted not good for account creation or logging in accounts. Better use those paid VPNs like HMA.
