Currently I have some high ranking KW on SE, but due to changing of office location, I will have to change my current host to another IP ( I am hosting most of my sites on my own server ) so my question will be, will changing Ip effect my SE ranking ?

Any advise are welcome, thanks in advance !

IP change should not effect the SERP. However sh!t has happened to many of us in the past. You never really know...

I am thinking this new extension policy they approved will be big in SERPS for identifying the correct Niche and show that you have been approved by that governing body for permitted sites. Now I wish I had the $180K for buying rights to an extension.

No it wont, Matt Cutts addressed this some time ago on his YT channel, happens all the time.

However if you want to be extra safe, what you should do is use "CloudFlare" as your DNS server, free and lots of cool features and any changes will be made backoffice so from a SE perspective it will look the same, whenever you change hosts / servers.

Not going to make any difference, I have moved sites from one server to another and have never had an issue. You do need to leave the site up on the old server for awhile though as the propagation of the info is not uniform. I usually leave mine up for a week after the move just to be sure.

What do mean by leave the old site up for a week ? Can u explain a little ? The host provider is still the same, but ip will be different due to location change, so I will have to get the new Internet set up at the new location first, then move the server over, and then set the domain dns settings in one day, will that effect my site's ranking? Which I mean all of my sites that is on this server...
