buddy u seems to be very desperate for getting some kind of ip changer. u wanna to change ur ip 300 times a day. man what you will do with 300 ips....... don't tell me u planning to take over some site
i blv proxy sites are best and safest way to surf so far but 300 diff ones, i don't think you will be even able to change ur ips that many times if some software allows it bcoz i am sure you wanna to use ips not just wanna to change ips...:eyebrows:

Bloody hell, 300 ip changes...... Most people do that just to download a multi archive porn movie from Rapidshare, Megaupload etc..
But I don't think you need to go down the dialup route - unless you want a free to use dialup account for dirt cheap in which case PM me. But if all you want is to send http requests to make a site look like it has lots of unique hits then go to anonymouse.org. easy, efficient and online. If you want to have a more personal solution then get yourself a copy of Tenebril Ghostsurf. The standard version should fit your pocket nice it's only a few bucks and you get access to their unlimited list of proxies without the hassle of hunting proxies yourself.
Or PM if you are after something else. I'm did a auto site hit script for a bloke a while back, might still have the source in one of my HDs..

trust me theres not such thing. You need to do that manually. sometimes I reset my modem to do that-
or if you have windows vista you can do that manually by clicking on the connection>properties>reset ip

You obviously don't know enough about proxies or software for changing proxies to say this.
To the guy looking for to be able to change 300 ips per day, check out hide-my-ip.com it does the job, i use it and you can set it to usa proxies, uk proxies etc etc, and can set them to change every 1, 2 ,3 etc minutes.
Its foolproof, i mean a complete noob could use it.
It will do your job ok.

The problem with hidemyip is it using 3 diffirent servers. That means all the proxies are coming from onemain server all of the time. Its not very spread out and definitely logged.
hidemyip even has a 'fraud alert' feature for your convenience of course.
I'd recommend TOR. search it on the forum there is plenty of diffirent ways to use TOR effectively.

sorry to say but i also got that software and i got it's premium subscription also. it's good if u just see speed. it gvs usa, uk, canada, australia and hongkong ips but if you will check you will find same set of ips are repeating. when i talked to hide ip's customer care they said with premium membership we have total 150 ips any moment. it means 150 ips total after adding from diff countries also. but i never found 150 ips, i am using it from last 1 mnth and works good but it's not what i expected it to do. i blv it hardly got 25-50 ips total and they keep repeating every time you use them. although it got some facility even a noob can use it.
but it's not what will give you 300 diff ips daily. for cpa offer i will say it's not good idea. since your ips will be recorded and when u return back to same ip they will catch u. most probably you will loose your account.
i will say use proxy leecher or other such tools to get ips, test them and then use it if it works with what u are planning to do.
