IP Blocked on BHW?

Well, at least it's slightly a relief to see it's not just me. I think it's been a day or two and I just am surfing through one of my proxies now.. Hope it gets fixed soonish..

My ip is also blocked can i use different ip to login ?If i use different ip will i be banned ?
 
I just tried it again and I was able to login using my regular home IP.
I hope everyone else got theirs fixed as well

I had similar problem earlier today and posted in this thread. Wiz the moderator gave me a tip that I followed and it worked.

Basically he advised to flush dns.

This is how you do it for windows:

- Start -> Run -> type cmd
- in command prompt, type ipconfig /flushdns
- Done! You Window DNS cache has just been flush.

I hope it works for you and whoever else who has similar problem

I was blocked almost whole day and even became little paranoid.If this was DNS update it will be good for future to notify members somewhere about these changes.
 
I used to think it was a plugin they were running to temp keep members off the site,
but the whole IP filter to protect from DOS attacks seems a lot more realistic, even if it does a complete shitty job and bans legit members
 
I sometimes have trouble accessing specific pages, more often than not, it's my inbox. Browser will have maybe 20 minutes where I'll try to get to my PM's and it just hangs.
 
Well BHW had banned all the IPs from my country for about a year and it looks that finally the ban is removed.

Forum like BHW would have no problem to find sponsor for their servers in exchange of advertisement.
 
Look it is going on to lots of users lately.Some mods have tried to find out why and have hit a stump.With all the pm spamming going on it should seem like the security has just tightened up.

from yesterday its happens to me also. going to try this. hope every thing will be OK.


just tried but bad luck this tips not working for me. i will be grateful if any moderator or member advise us how to fix this problem. its now a big headache for me.

i can not access BHW from 17th Feb 2011 from my regular internet connection. Right now i login through proxy. Can any one tell me what is the problem?

I already tried the above method, but still i can not open bhw.
