IP blacklisted - What to do now?

Hello,
I recently got the following error when casually signing up for one of my niches onto YouTube: 'Sorry, we cannot serve your request for a new account at this moment.'

So I googled that error and others had the same problem because of their IP being blacklisted. Now I looked up my IP with whatismyipaddress.com/blacklist-check and it gave me three positives.

I always clear whole browsing datas of Firefox in CCleaner and always use a fresh Elite Proxy but I still get that error... I also tried resolving that issue, but all those sites refuse to delete me from the list.
It seems that I have a dynamic IP since everytime I reset my router, I get a new fresh IP which is blacklisted as well, so I came to an end with my solutions.

Now I am asking you guys: What to do now in order to be still able to create YouTube accounts?

Obviously Proxies do not work at this point.
I tried it with elite ones of this site (ip-adress.com/proxy_list/).
And if I use a service such as HMA! won't they detect me as well? Because as far as I know, you can connect to several servers but the IP of those servers will surely be blacklisted as well, won't they?

What you need is private proxies. Most public proxies are spammed to death.
 
Do you delete flash cookies as well ?! If I remember well CCleaner do not delete flash cookies. PayPal, Youtube and big guys on the internet use those as well to track users.
You should try a clean reinstall of windows or start with a linux live CD, restart rooter to get a fresh IP and try again ;)
 
Is it likely that with a reinstallation of my operating system I won't have the same IP?
And can you give me a good software to delete flash cookies?
 
You should be using flashblock (browser plugin) when using these accounts as well as private proxies. Be sure to use ccleaner after each IP /account switch.
 
Google have changed something lately.
It became harder than ever to create some "fake" email accounts there :(

haven't read all the previous replies only the first few post..

Private proxies is your only way. Get 1 proxy for $1 easy as that :p
or just request an Ip change in your ISP if you don't have the way's of getting private proxies

CCleaner does have option to clean Flash cookie
 
Okay it seems that YouTube really wants to possible off us fellow Blackhatters since they also blocked textfree for verifying accounts...

I completely reinstalled my OS but the issue is still present. My IP is still blacklisted.

Any advices on how to still be able to create accounts by hand?

You could get a cheap vps and connect to it via rdp and just use it like your own pc at home. It would have the IP of the hosting company then.
 
You may also want to look into a VPN, such as HMA. Reinstalling your OS won't do anything, you get your IP from your ISP. You can just use a proxy or a VPN service to change your IP... it's easy and fast.

95% of HideMyAss IPs are blacklisted from google.
They don't even allow to register a new email behind HMA...
Or they will ask for this shitty SMS verification to complete the registration.
