IP based redirect?

Does anyone know of an IP based redirect that does not involve the popup alert?

I have found this one : http://www.javascriptkit.com/script/script2/blockip.shtml which is close to what I am after, but I don't want the popup to happen...

Anyone know of anything more discrete?

I had tried that, but I included the { and so it didn't work.
