IP Banned?

I don't know if this is the right place to post this but here it goes. A couple of times when I try to login here at BHW I get the message IP banned? Now I tried sending a message to Admin and ask why did happen but got no reply. I would appreciate it if someone could clear this up.

I get this message sometimes when i go to BHW

Hi potpot if you have Norton antivirus you get some troubles change to NOD32 you can come here good luck

I am using NOD32 but I still get this errors??? I wonder whats wrong?
