IP banned...

Hello, I moved a while back (few weeks) and when I tried accessing this site, it had said I was banned. Now, I am on a shared IP because I live in the boondocks now. I use satellite dsl and I can not get a static IP because of the cost. Will I be getting banned in the future again or is there a way to prevent this?

How many people are you sharing with? bhw is big but your neighbor probably isn't on it.

I'm not really sure to be honest, but my neighbor definitely shares my ip. I was banned before and I just wanna make sure it will not happen again unless I break the rules.
