Ip ban for no reason ?

About a week ago, out of nowhere I tried to login one day and it says my up has been banned by the admin. Now I know I haven't done anything against the rules.. Well I sent an email to support and although I never got a response, my ip was unbanned. Now it has happened again and it's telling me that again. although it lets me on my phone on same wifi ..

It could be that someone else has banned your IP. Because you're (more than likely) on a dynamic IP that keeps changing, your ISP will recycle the same addresses, resulting in the banned IP being assigned to you.
BHW doesn't unban IP's, but if it keeps happening, consider PM'ing Diamond Damien with your IP to check it against the blacklist.

^this - we don't unban and your account is flawless You could also be sharing an IP with someone who got banned - if you want, PM me with details and I can look into it.

If you get the same thing happen, send a support ticket and we'll get it sorted.
