Hy! I'Ve beend thinking about this a lot lately - If I check my real IP with any IP locaiton checker, it never shows my Village, nearest thing that showed up was village that is loke 5 km away.

So I have to ask - Is it really possible to track exact IP location?
If not - if I register for example for amazon from my IP and then fill in billing informations from village that is from same country but like 20 km away, is it gonna be okay?

    Thanks

IP is not looked into seriously unless you are trying to game the system. It depends on the purpose of your account.

Its impossible to track your real location by IP alone. Because:

    1. You can be roaming across the country (mobile internet)
    2. Your provider might buy IP range from a different country, and it will take long time for GEO databases to update
    3. You can be connected from a public library/cafe/etc
    4. You can be behind a proxy/vpn
    5. You can have a dynamic IP that changes every day
    ....

The distance is fine... address of the IP is the one of the ISP to which it was assigned so it will never be exact.. but because the ISP is amazon, it will probably still get flagged.
