IP adress via proxy banned

I have issue with wikipedia. I start posting links to my site on wikipedia page but they were removed and my IP banned. Then i start using proxy but soon my IP was banned even with proxy. Though i found some proxy that i can use but i am wondering how they can see my IP even behind proxy ?

You probably weren't using an anonymous or "elite" proxy. Other proxies still allow show your IP. Try using one of those "whats my ip" sites first and check to see what IP is showing up.
