As for having one IP per account, you have to buy static private proxies for that or get a VPN/Shell account. You could also set up your own proxies with a VPS and SQUID.
Adding a User-Agent switcher to the Mix wouldn't be too bad. Assign a common user agent to each account and use the Firefox User Agent Switcher plugin to change your browser's agent to match the one you selected for the account.
