IP Address Leaking

My IP Address is leaking, whenever I use Proxies and VPNs. I checked if my IP Address is leaking on https://ipleak.net which is a well known tool to check for IP Address leaking. How can I stop my IP Address from leaking when I use Proxies and VPNs?
