Are you joking? IOTA has much more potential in the coming years than BTC or any other coins for that matter.

99.99% yes. If you're prepared to hodl, then IOTA, Ripple and Stellar will reap dividends. They all have real world applications and their ledgers are being adopted/successfully tested by multi-nationals, major banks and tech behemoths on a seemingly daily basis.
Ethereum too if they sort out their scaling issues.

I'm not saying something wrong about IOTA, I'm big fan on them, I both them and I will hold them,
but more and more I study cripto, I start to understand that there is not so big opportunity that they
will gonna go super high, why? Okay I will say what I think.
By my understanding main factor of price is here:
1) Market Cap - Net worth of currency, what people invested in this currency.
2) Circulating Supply - How many coins is in world.
3) Markets - In how many markets you can trade and how easy is to buy them.
So by combining all this numbers you can get the price.
So let's compare 2 coins, Bitcoin and IOTA.
Bitcoin
Market Cap: $230,151,371,790
Circulating Supply: 16,759,612
IOTA
Market Cap: $8,792,738,302
Circulating Supply: 2,779,530,283
So lets count how much IOTA cost now if it manage to get Bitcoin net worth.
230,151,371,790 : 2,779,530,283 = 82
82 x $4 = $332
So this means that If people would start investing like mad to IOTA and market
cap raised to bitcoins price IOTA price would be $300+ But in my opinion it is not possible...
Why? Look at other cryptos old and popular criptos.
Ethereum
Market Cap: $64,597,324,488
Litecoin
Market Cap: $14,515,009,291
So you can see that Litecoin is old, it is basically like Bitcoin, but it cannot pass $14,515,009,291 net worth
and Etherium have $64,597,324,488 It is lot but it is still smaller than Bitcoins, nearly 6 times smaller...
So let's look at other coins.
Go in here https://coinmarketcap.com and click on Circulating Supply you will gonna get all
criptos which have most amount of coins in world. and you will gonna realize that all of that
coins are very cheap, IOTA is at 17 spot. So you will gonna find that IOTA is performing now
best price on all other coins with big circulation...
So by rough counting for IOTA to get to $500, we need to have Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin
Market Cap and This is hell lot of money to invest. In my opinion it is not possible to get like this net worth...

You are so true my friend. This is the reason why I am not investing in it right now. They have so much supply for coins. They cannot get upto the bitcoin price in any recent years. I think it is better to buy litcoin or Eth if you are looking to make profit. Many people investing in IOTA donot take a look at the supply. It is vital for price increase and IOTA have way more supply.
I was also mad man when I hear about IOTA. Their technology is truly amazing and have use in real world. But since we are looking to make money I think it is not quite good to invest in it. Just my opinion. But anyone who is thinking to invest in it right now should read how much affect the supply have on price of the coin. And if you are happy with it then you can invest.

Good post. I'm on the fence right now regarding Iota, not only because of over supply but because of my lack of technical understanding about the project. This Reddit comment summerise my thoughts on Iota pretty well:
"Lets be real here. Most people investing here like the promises but lack the technical background to fully understand what the issues are and how they will be resolved, so no amount of explaining will resolve this uncertainty until the concept is working in the real world. So this trust for the project is based on faith and not fact. You either make the leap and hope the devs have the background and determination for this to work or you don’t. If the team turns out to be wrong a lot of reputations will be trashed and money lost. This cost is no small thing for them to stick their neck out. For us, it’s basically investing in any tech project at the beginning stages."

As I said I'm not pro in Crypto, but I`m thinking it is best to invest in small Circularity Coins.
Let take some examples.
Go in here https://coinmarketcap.com and click 2 times on Circulating Supply.
You will get all coins that have smallest amount of circularity. With this you can see that they have bigger price.
none of them have 0.23 price... So my suggestions, we need to buy all cheapest coins.
if you don`t have lot of money try to analyze them.
1) What system they are using?
2) What is developers plan, where they are planning to use them?
3) Where we can buy them?
4) Or it is easy to buy them?
5) Or they are minable and how hard is to mine them?
And another info like, or someone is planning to invest in them, like big companies.
So we have this cryptos with not so big price.

So I'm thinking that all coins witch is cheapest and have low circulation have biggest potencial.
But this is only my opinion, everything can change any day. Example: Crypto market can rize
50 times so whit this all coin net worth can rize 50 times with this price rized as well.

I don't personally agree with this, I may or may not be wrong. Regardless, IOTA has a lot of good stuff going for them and a lot of big name companies that are interested in it.
Just today they announced a partnership with ITIC to build a global alliance of smart mobility testbeds.
