iOS and Android APP development

Hello,

I am currently running a local marketing company which is going to require a custom mobile application on both iOS and Android. The website is data-driven and content is published by our customers. Which the app will need to pull data from our backend and publish in real time. The designs and wireframes will be handled on our end. However, we do not have iOS or Android developers in house.

If anyone can give me a referrel that would be fantastic. Also, estimated budgets would be excellent as well. We will most likely need continuing maintenece as well. (Please no outsourcing.)

I do not need an app dev. platform. We need a pretty custom / brandable app. Not a quick premade app. Our designs are custom as well as the wireframes UI etc..
