I have a ioffer account but cant verify my CC. to open Ioffer seller Account and it ask for Credit Card , When i add the Credit card and it refuse to accept my Credit Card as it require AVS and It say Authorise failure and say that i should contact my Credit card issuer. Over Here is no problem with my Credit Crd. So I need AVS vcc to open the Ioffer account inn order to selling. I have try both a visa and a mastercard, the card are working anywhere else but not on ioffer. I have made sure the adress and ect mach like it should but cant make this work, can anybody help with this.
