PP requested that I give them an invoice from a company. Where can I get an invoice for Paypal? How much should i expect to pay for them?

If you got caught selling VERO items, move on and create another account, because chances are fake invoices won't save you. If they're just verifying your identity contact trusted sellers such as secondeye. Docs will cost in the $30-$50 depending on how much work needs to be done.

you need to collect buyer paypal account holder name & address, & transition details
