Invite to fan page via facebook id?

I'm sure this is super easy... I've collected over 7500 targeted facebook ids and want to invite them to my fan page. Anyway I can do this strictly through Facebook or is a third party app needed? If so, any highly regarded free apps available?

At First you have to be friends with these 7500 IDs, then can invite them to your page.

At first add them to your facebook i.Then create your own fan page and Invite these friends.
