Invite scraped Facebook emails

Anyone know if it's possible to invite scraped Facebook emails ([email protected]) to a Facebook page and for that person to receive an invite?
I suspect this can be done by uploading a .csv but is there any risks to this? Could your page be banned for uploading a list of say 5k FB emails?

I know you can invite regular emails to a group but inviting the emails with @facebook.com to the groups does nothing so I am pretty sure the same would be for inviting to a page.

You can do nothing with [at]fb.com mail.
If you try to send an invite to a person who isn't your friends nothing happen.
If you write an email nothing happen.
Litteraly fb stopped to use in any way their mail.
To invite, add, custom audience and so on you need the real email and real contacts.
