How many invitation per day is save?? I've done 300 per day and the other day i got message that i need to verify my account in order to use it again.

It depends on a few things
1) Is the accounted verified? (.edu, .gov e-mail accounts, cell, etc.)
2) Are you inviting people in your immediate network
3) How old is the account (under 72 hours old?)
Facebook has a spam prevention measure at 50 requests per hour.

I'm pretty sure once you have a bunch of people pending invitations it starts hitting you with the 'do you know this person personally?' so if you can clear the ones that haven't accepted you in a few days you can add a new flock. I think that's how it works.
