I had a investor lined up for a business that I just won via a auction, I was to do all the work on a salaried basis and they would get 25%.

Investor will receive all profits until funding is payed back. Currently the business is functioning at $9,900 monthly Net profit but I will be increasing this by letting one project manager go and working the business full time myself. This will increase the profit to $11,700.
There are currently 5 clients that are locked into a one year contract and can NOT leave. They will more than likely re sign for another year.
This is a SEO/Social Marketing Service based business.
Investor will also receive a 25% permanent stake in the company with no work required. Payment sent on the 25th of every month.
I have received all pertinent documentation that this is not a scam and have been able to also get copies of the current client contracts.
