investment/funding sites

Hello everyone,

Does anyone know of a really active site similar to kickstarter which allows a person to gain funding for a project? The onyl difference being I would like the investor to gain a % return in the business. Kickstarter seems to only take money from people and not give them a % return.

I have a fantastic app idea I want to raise capital for. I have the whole infrastructure in place along with a database of around 100,000 users. I just need the darn thing built!

gofundme is also one of the successful crowd funding site. You must provide some other unique features then only it is possible to get success. Lower the commission may attract.
