Investing 5000$ in one site?

Hi there , i have like 5000$ to invest, i was thinking to use this money and focus only on one site . I would use this money to build up the site ,buy quality content and do some seo . I don't really care about the niche i just want to make money. Do you think this would be a good idea?

Also can you point me in right direction to buy some quality keywords? Which niche should i pick up? Also any suggestions on best ctr theme for authority site? Thanks

Hey with all the latest google update, nobody really knows how to rank anymore haha. Since you have $5k to spend, have a browse on Flippa, they have some really good sites for sale

Get SERPiq.com for keyword analysis.
Revenuewoo.com for adsense Income analysis.

Coming back to content, I strongly suggest LSI content since you have your budget. From a definite mindset about your niche. Target a niche that interests you because with time, it's really necessary that you don't loose focus and interest.
 
Don't splash 5k on your first site on Flippa, it wont end well.

Start small and learn all the basics.
 
Thanks everyone for ur answers, homever I have some basis already with smaller sites a mns. I was tempted to start building something big and almost whitehat but don't really know where to start. I'm going to oustsource anything so I don't really care about the niche.. Health niche is good but i think it's pretty saturated.. Also i have market samurai and traffic travis..i was just looking for some in deep competition analyze and premium keywords
 
I say you build a business. Create a website which offers a valuable service or product. I know its hard to think of ideas, but you could also look at creating something that already exists, which you know you could do better.
