If you're gonna take a load for SEO related things, you should know everything about SEO, and have experience to back it up. Don't try to come into it with "oh all learn it on the fly" because SEO doesn't work that way.

If you're gonna take a loan, consider taking it for a few niche targeted product sales websites. At least with that you'll see almost immediate profit through product sales if the advertising is done correctly.

I wasn't saying that you had minimal experience, I was just stating the obvious. 4 years is pretty good experience with SEO. You've seen the dance, you've played with the different content and link diversity, you've tracked your footprints, you've been slapped by Panda. At least, that all should have happened in a 4 year time frame.

Sounds legit if you know what you are doing.
You may use the money to create 5 sites and when ROI increases send visitors to another site and is registered on another name.

If I on your place, will not start business with this big amount, As SEO results are not certain. So, I suggest you to start from low level. There are many examples, people start from 50$ and go to handsome figure. So, instead of spending too much money. Start with little budget. Do'not worry, you able to invest latter once you see results and you are confirmed that now you able to earn more with your money. Good luck!

I wouldn't start for the simple reason that I'd look like an idiot.

If you fail, you still have to pay the full sum, and if you succed, he would suck the "vitality" from your website, monthly.

Either tell him that there's a risk involved, and if you fail he would have to accept this risk, or just loan money from the bank/friends if you want to go on this route.

But I'm pretty sure he'll get pissed if you'd fail regardless. He may think that you actually made money, and you don't want to split with him.

Sounds to me you thought there was a quick way to make a buck skipping the learning process.

Now, i only started with internet marketing, and haven't made a $ yet, why? I don't want to rush into anything unprepared. For the last 2 months i have been reading several forums (and not to kiss ass, i like this one the best) i invested my time in creating several accounts all over the place, building those accounts without arousing suspicion of what those accounts in the end will be used for, i invested a little money into a couple e-books and not even thinking i will make what they promising put pure to read and learn different aspects and get inspired to create your own.

Spent some money it a few domain names and just since today i start implementing some tactics and techniques.

And with every fail i learn something new and will get better.

It's easy to get frustrated with people that already making money and you just the beginner but you need to remember, they didn't make that money in a day too and had to learn by trial and error too.

If i were you i invest a small part of your own money in some (e)-books, learn, set up some small things to see how things are going and learn from it.

There is no way i am lending money from anyone, did that when i was younger, it, for the most part, will always create drama.

I've done this before with PPC, and if it's the right offer and the right affiliate site/payment structure, it can yield good ROI. I've put $150 in and made $650 in profit, for example. It's probably more likely to work in PPC if it's setup correctly to yield a positive ROI more quickly. However, it's also a possibility to burn through the budget and not make any sales if it's setup incorrectly.

Also, I didn't have to pay the guy back if it didn't work. The risk should be equal to the reward.

Why don't you invest that money into white hat seo? .edu / .gov backlinks and also get editorial placements on Forbes, NY Times and other real sites.
