This question is... not the best question to ask if you want to make money. The mentality that "I have X money so what can I throw it on to make Y money?"
You should be asking yourself what YOU can do to make money. Many of the things you can do right now to make money is very low cost but will take time gain traction.
I would spend that $100 and start a brand new website at the cheapest rates possible. Cheap domain, free theme, etc... Then just write about something you know about and it will gain naturally gain ranking in the search engine. Once you have traffic you can start to add affiliate programs & apply for ads and whatnot.

I would suggest this, or keep working and saving while you get good at something. Come back with more money and a skill to build around (unless you currently have a skill, and in that case refer back to first part of message).
