Registered the domain a few weeks ago, and had a plan to invest time and money in the domain. What would you do? Invest or sell?

I understand your point, but the domain doesn't matter that much I believe. Not looking for traffic via typos..... still can rank on keywords and work on linkbuilding, don't u think?

Then why use such domain at all? Why not "TDJshop.com" for example? You can create a brand etc. With this miss typed domain you have exactly zero benefits and no user ever will remember nor trust your site....

I understand your point of view, but domain is pretty clear what it is about.

Thanks for your feedback I'm yet not sure if I will work on it.
 
It's a seasonal domain. During black Friday you could bank with it and then it would probably slow down. Though the domain name looks a bit sketchy, if done right it could be a good investment and better not to sell.
 
If you create a brand that promotes something cheaper all the time it could be helpful for investment. Otherwise, it is not good for selling or investment. It's a seasonal domain with a weak search volume, as other users said above.
 
You're better off with names like blackfridaydeals or something similar. Your current domain looks super-fishy. I wouldn't buy it even for $5.
As for investing, I won't suggest that either.
