If you have $20 a month only, I strongly recommend you stick with Sick instead of cancelling and get creative and do some studying

Yes it's slow as hell and a pain to use but once you understand what it can do you'll never look back...

You better build your links manually, you will save money. Then after saving enough buy a tool that helps you to automate the link building you were doing.

Hey,

I recommend you to do your own SEO on your websites. I bought backlinks services before and the results is really bad.

You need to test many services until you got one good with knowledge.

$20 a month is quite a small budget to rank high in the SERPS but still you can use that money to get quite a few high PR links on monthly basis.

I'd recommend looking for blog roll links and intext links in particular for the time being.

Other than that, just use your creativity and do a google search you'll find thousands of auto-approve blog lists to use, you can do it manually if you can't afford a tool, and after all you don't need 50K link blasts believe me. Look for quality instead of quantity.
