I believe having basic coding skills is useful, but you also gotta stack that skill with marketing (1 to many) and sales (1 to 1)... If you can master how to generate leads, learn how to sell on the phone.... Then you can promote other people's expensive products and services and earn $1k or more per closed deal.

But it can be daunting when you're new... So start wherever you feel comfortable.
