Introvert Or Extrovert

Look into your cognitive personality type.
The "pop-science" version describes a fluid version of this. One day Extroverted, the next Introverted.
The "hard-science" version shows which one is the base of your personality, and how.

For myself, introversion is the base of my personality. The outside world sees an extroversion that looks very sociable. I can fairly-easily communicate with people in spoken word, and can enjoy socializing (as long as it doesn't remain surface level too long). However, I communicate at my strongest through written word (& action).

That perspective shift from pop-sci to hard-sci changes how you see the world, people, and yourself.

Extrovert but at the same time don't like unnecessary talk or people who do that.

Both.
