Introduction, and question about post count limits to unlock membership

Hi,

I've just started posting, but i've been a member for the better part of this year (2013).

There seem to be a number of limits imposed on accounts, including # of posts needed to send PMs or # of posts needed in order to be able to post a link. Is there a page somewhere that lays out these limits? I was unable to find it in the rules or FAQ.

You need 15 posts to PM somebody.

I believe to post links you need to have 100 posts and have been a member for a month. I'm not sure if it's both of these or just one of these.
