does that apply for text files with passwords as well? it's "technically" not copyrighted right?

That's correct.
i want to ask, it's everything okay with the conversions, because from 500 real people who clicked on the link (and they were interested in that) i got only 2 downloads? Is this normal? I even had people that downloaded the file , and thanked me! WTF?

Uploadpay does look good, but the leaderboard with the top guy making $300 a MONTH and guys here saying low conversation rate makes me uncomfortable. How is the conversation rate really?

It really depends on the quality of the traffic you are sending. Conversions seem fine on our end

After month of trying with this network i want to say that i'm very very disappointed.Trough social networking i've send more than 800 real people and i got only 3 conversions.The traffic i've sent it's absolutely high quality (US,UK,Canada,Europe (NOT EASTERN EUROPE) and almost no India. 3 conversions for 800 targeted people (people that WANTED to download the thing) is very,very low.I got replies that tell me "i can't donwload it, it says there is no surveys for my country (UK USER!!) and all sorts of that comments). I'm moving on on other network and wish you best of luck...

What if i have a small program that i need downloaded a few thousand times, and i know no one will pay to download it, but i am willing to pay for downloads. Any suggestions would be extremely helpful
You are allowed to send paid traffic to Upload Pay, however you are not allowed to pay people to complete surveys.

Will you add statistics on the files, so I can track how many people clicked, how many people completed survey, how many people quit before completing etc.?
