You will need to upload your file elsewhere and use the passworded rar method. Either that or upload a smaller file

Thank you.. I will try it The same problem again today ...it worked for a few hours but now again , is this some kind of a visual bug ?

Is everything okay today? We are making some changes at the moment in the back end which could be causing some bugs. I will have my coder look into this asap! Is your account balance going up? We did change the time zone on the site because we are testing a few back end things. This could be throwing you off.

Edit: Downloaded my test file and i got paid 0.88
Edit: Download Page has a bug still saying to finish the survey when i have finished the survey and i got paid and downloaded the file.

Every user I had try this couldn't get it to work. I even watched a few people attempt it via teamview.
Half of them aren't even surveys. Taking me to 'youtube downloader' software, etc. The ones that are surveys never show up as completed. Out of 7-10 people 0 people were successful. I tried myself and couldn't get any positive results. A few even crashed Internet Explorer(After having no success in chrome)
Not to mention a few even REQUIRE you to install browser software.
If I can't even get people to the file. Why would I attempt to force people to install browser software(With 0 benefit to me)
I own a few pretty big site and services like this and fileups return a lot of user complains. Do people ever really get the files they are after? I know this isn't a place for morality. But if people get what they want than that = returning visitors.
I doubt I will be making money if they can't even get to the file(Signifying that they never completed the process)
