Yea it is set up that way. We have offers for almost all countries, the average conversion rate is around $1 however it ranges greatly.

i think you have to include this in statistics area. country of conversion and view count so that we can know if the conversions goes well.

Don't know about the exact rate, but lately on sharecash i've only been getting a $0.60 average, which does no go well with me.
On upoadpay i have $0.85 average right now, but not too many downloads since the holidays have been breaking my rhythm.

I have seen users get payouts as high as $8.50 per download in the last few days, however the average seems to be $1 - $1.50
I have been really busy with other projects at the moment guys and I haven't had time to update the download page. Once I do I can ensure you that you will get a much better conversion rate!
Just a side note to everyone:
You are now able to add images and customize to your download page via a WYSIWYG editor when you either upload a file via URL or when you edit a file, this will be a really powerful feature when the new download page is live as you can customize the info area to however you want!
