Hi, I'm 20thCenturyBoy, I'm from Italy. I know that I registered more than 2 months ago, but I wanted to learn a lot on this forum before of Introducing myself. I'm almost a total newbie, but I recently applied on MaxBounty and I'm starting to make money.
I want to ask you a thing: currently my budget is 21$ and I'd want to build a monetized site (fake news), maybe with Adsense or Propeller. Can I do that or my budget is too low? Which Host and Domain should I buy and How can I build the site? (I can't use codes)
