I’m currently in charge of a Shopify website for the European market home security category.
Current situation: this site is the previous person left, before I took over the site had not been running for a year, before only generated 4 orders (so now can not do email marketing), before the European warehouse accumulated a lot of inventory, and now need to clear part of it!
Question:
There are currently no advertising channels, so no traffic
Influencer marketing has done one measurement, no results, and a long time period
Low number of social media followers
With the current resource constraints, how do I clear out some of my inventory?
It would be nice to be able to find freelancers who do affiliate marketing or have deal station resources, or users on the B side who need to buy in bulk, that's all I can think of at the moment!
Is there anything else I can do, any help is appreciated, thanks!
