Interspire + Hosting Solution

Based on what I've read, I will be using Interspire to send my blackhat and whitehat emails. With that said, can someone recommend a good hosting solution for this program?

Many do not recommend VPS. Do I need a dedicated server and can I user Interspire for either?

I'm stuck. I have step 1 (obtaining leads) and step 3 (arranging products that will sell) but I need step 2 (mailing) to make this successful.

Right now I use a desktop client and my own ISP SMTP and I want to stop.
