Interspire GURU's please HELP, keep sending direclty...

Hello I've been using Interspire for about 3 years already, but only 1st time decide to sign up
with SMTP relay.

Now I Set SMTP settings in Settings===>Email Settings
AND in User Email Settings As WELL!
SMTP Testing working Fine, when sending test from Settings Pages, but
Damn Interspire keep sending email Directly using
my local SMTP.. WTF is wrong with this piece of sh*t? Where else and what should
I set so that Interspire start using Remote SMTP???
I logout/Login all settings are still in it.. I even UNCHECK
"Use my Default Settings" Option when sending Campaign out,
Still sending Directly, not sure what to do next..
Anybody can help?
