Interspire email marketer

Hi all,

I just tried to install this, but I keep getting a "safe mode" restriction.


Is there a way to get around this? had a dig around on the web and even on Interspire's site, but couldn't find anything meaningful short of contacting my ISP. This is a problem cos they are German and I don't speak German to that degree of technicality. I've tried playing with htaccess and that just gives me a 500 error.

Is this a shared hosting account, VPS or Dedicated Server?

If VPS/D.S.. edited your php.ini and simply turn it off. If it's on a shared account.. your kind of S.O.L. Either contact the provider (bluff.. why you need it turned off) or lay down $7.00 and get a VPS.

If you have access to WHM, go to PHP configuration editor. It's at the bottom.

u want to be safe mode off ,,

u can make it off ,, and be back on again

don't worry , install don't take more a few seconds

just get on the horn with your host and they will do it for you.
