Some guys just bought old Interspire..domain or business.. I don't know exactly. They did a new version of that software (full with bugs). Few days ago I ordered.. after installing and doing some tests.. I choosed to apply for refund.. But.. SURPRISE!.
I was looked on google.. and i saw.. 60 days money back.. so.. Ok let's apply but when I tried to talk with them.. they answer was. NO REFUND anymore. .Well.. weird.
I was looked to see what company manage that domain name.. ..but without luck. They are using one email address for contact only. No company details, No address No any data.
I don't understand something. .. If you are selling a piece of software with license.. and you are proud of it... then.. you don't have nothing anything to say, but when you are "fighting" with your clients.. for $49.. then.. definitely u don't have a business.
This is my experience with Interspire new owners and I recommend to every one.... If you want to buy a software or a service online.. ..is better to use 3rd party payment processor not your credit card.
