Hi everybody
This is mainly directed at people who use the registrar internetbs with cryptophoto to login.
I cannot log into my account because I had to reset my mobile phone and the photo token is therefore not working (crypto photo app).
After I enter my email and password on internetbs.net I am asked to verify a photo token with the crypto photo app. Nowhere does it say how to recover with the backup photo token. I still have the backup photo token on a piece of paper as was recommended when I signed up.
Internetbs is of no help. they wrote me the standard mail to send them a copy of my passport and utility bill. I only want to do this as a last resort.
Would be great if somebody can help !
