If I use a different windows user, it clears supercookies.. cookies are easily deleted.. for projects like multiple ebay accounts, IP addresses are taken into consideration.. what other pieces of information can be tracked from a computer that would link me/my computer to something?
Im also aware of internet fingerprints and all that... Not sure I entirely believe that a mac address can't be read by downloading a packet and that info being extracted.. also not entirely confident that simply switching a windows user will not give some sort of info off of that computer and the linked users..
