Hello everyone,

I am an internet marketer from Helsinki, Finland, though not a Finnish citizen but live and work here, I am wondering if anyone from Finland here that does SEO.

I am looking forwards to a possible networking. Thinking of some ideas and thought i should network with SEO/internet marketers here in Finland.

If you are from Finland, comment on this blog, we see how many we are and we can think of a possible meet up that will give values for interested parties.

I already thought that a Finn was calling out other Finns, because that would be so not Finnish, but the only working in Finland explains it :D

I'm Finnish, but I spend nine months of the year in the UK doing my undergraduate degree.

There are a few more of us here that I've ran into, but not too active members I think.

And networking never hurts!
 
i always wanted to learn finnish, but then google translate made me lazy, damn it.
 
Yeah i can understand your point there. I am actually living here in Finland. I did my undergraduate here and now i am looking in to venturing in to Digital Marketing full time. I am looking forwards to networking with like minds here and seeing how we can benefit mutually... When do you finish up your undergraduate or are you just starting? Do you live in Finland? There are couple of places here you can learn it if you live here...

The only word I learned in Finnish was |Kiitos| ...

Used to live in Helsinki too for sometime.. :)

Seriously? I'm surprised no one taught you any of the curse words.. Usually when you mention you're from Finland, at least one out of a let's just say few dozen people comes to you and says 'Perkele' or something :D
 
Used to live in Finland too, but now living in SE Asia. Not really that many reasons to stay in Finland if you can work online tbh.
 
I was there for a student exchange program and we mostly hung out with the foreign students. I think thats why, I didn't learn those important words..LOL..
