MORE DETAILS:

I need to generate traffic or outsource this task to someone that can generate real traffic to a new site. The client will cover some traffic related expenses (they currently pay for ppc ads + will consider banner ads). They want real traffic that could turn into inquiries and generate revenue. I need to come up with other solutions for targeted traffic.
