Internet Explorer keeps downloading instead of playing - Wordpress

Hello I thank you in advance for the help.

I was wondering I have a video on my wordpress blog's homepage, and it plays perfect with Chrome, but when using IE is wants to download it instead of actually play the video?

Any thoughts on how to fix that? The video is also hosted on my own host.

Not sure what version of IE your testing with, but it might be worth setting the MIME types in your .htacess.
