Hi,
i have a lot of international Traffic.
All possible Countries.
Targeted Banner Placement is possible.
Im not sure how i can use full Potential?
Many Affiliate Programs are limited to specific Countries.
I would like to convert all Countries very well.
I have yet not found an Affiliate Program that allows all Countries and converts very well.
Many Countries are poor or small. I think something free would be best.
I am thankful for any help.

Use a content locker from any CPA network or PPD site. The locker will display surveys depending on visitor's country. For countries which don't have any offers use a facebook sharing script/fanpage and force those people to share/like it (Search for such scripts). Later you can sell the fanpage or gain more likes/shares or your site may possibly go viral.
