i have a domain name ends with http://www.example.com.my but i want to do international seo
can i use http://www.example.com.my/cn?

It's possible that you can if you go inside Google search console and set your country targeting for your domain to international. But you would have a better chance of international ranking if you do not use a country-specific domain. Dot com or other would be a better choice for international rankings.
I wasnt aware there was an option for international....is there ?
