International SEO Targeting

Hey everyone..

I just got a new client for SEO and they want to target the UK and AU Google search engines. Is there anything specific that needs to be done to focus more on these than US Google?

No I don't. I think you can do traditional automated link building services with any TLD's.

But you will for sure want to do some White Hat link building yourself and target those really quality country specific ones by hand. Best way to go.

Also you should create two websites for each specific country if you can. And in Google webmaster tools you can specify which country you want the website to be for. Also look at country based hosting if you can. And you should be set.
