International Sales?

70% of my clickbank sales are international, which is VERY VERY strange. Since everything is in english. Im getting places from Russia, to ireland, to belgium, I'm confused why to all my sales are international and not domestic.

Do you guys have a big percentage of international sales too?

Isn't that a good thing? Most of my sales(about 60%) come from the US, and the followings are from GB, CA, AU, NZ. I did get one sale each from MX, SE, QA and CH.

From what I can see in my account, customers outside US/GB/CA/AU/NZ are very hard to convert, I would feel lucky if I got one. And customers from the US are the most picky ones, they account for 99% of all my refunds(actually I only got one refund from non-US customers).
