International hosting providers that don't care about copyright?

Hey, do any of you have experience with this kind of webhost? It'd have to be one outside of north america/europe at least. I'm looking for a hosting provider and a separate one for domains where i can host copyrighted stuff and they won't care, and they'll shrug off legal threats, especially because they're not subject to the laws of the US and europe, where most of the copyright owners would be based. They still need to speak English of course.

I think you will struggle to find hosting that is english, provides good support, and has the ability to shrug off legal threats.

What are you actually hosting? Movies? Videos? You can go with a American host and just abide by DMCA's and still thrive. DMCA's will generally point out one or two posts they want taken down, and you can keep going about your business with the rest of the site. If you get to the size where they want to seize your domain, being hosted offshore likely won't stop them.

We get alot of DMCA's at Wachahost.com, and each and every time it is something stupid like "Please remove the garfield movie". Most of the time the users didn't even realise they had that movie, they remove it and life moves on.
