International debit cards.

Which companies are reliable and can be loaded thru e-gold, Wu etc and dosen't need any ID in order to receive the card?

paysgold.com i had used their card for 8 months loading it with LR .
I dont use them anymore since i lost my card and i am now using epassporte.
Also there were some recent complaints about them at talkgold forums but i think its solved now.Support was not the best while i was using when card was loaded pretty quick.
